The Element Needed to Keep Your Business Running
Titanium Computing is an engineer-run managed IT and cybersecurity provider for Central Texas businesses. Flat monthly pricing. A named engineer who knows your network.
What Does Titanium Computing Do?
We run the IT department for businesses of 10 to 250 people: support, security, and strategy under one flat monthly agreement.
Managed IT
Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, and hardware lifecycle for every workstation and server. One flat fee per user. Unlimited support.
Cybersecurity
Endpoint detection, email security, tested backups, and a written incident response plan. Protect. Detect. Respond.
vCIO
Technology budgets, roadmaps, and vendor management from a named senior engineer. Quarterly reviews with numbers, not slides.
What Does Managed IT Cost in Austin?
Most Austin businesses pay between $95 and $185 per user per month, depending on compliance requirements and on-site needs.
Four things drive the number: seat count, compliance scope, on-site frequency, and server footprint. We quote a fixed per-user price after a one-hour assessment. No surprise invoices.

Because tickets get answered by the engineer who fixes them. 5.0 on Google across 57 reviews.
"Titanium has been my IT company for the last two years and has been the best to date. They are fast and keep everything running smooth."
"They were able to identify and correct a flaw that allowed the bad guys to provide legitimate-looking wiring instructions in an attempt to steal wire transfers."
"Richard and his team are extraordinary at meeting the computer security needs of our business. They educate me regularly about the things I need to be concerned about."
What Do Customers Ask Before Signing?
The five questions we hear on almost every first call, answered straight.
How fast do you actually respond?+
Average first response is 15 minutes during business hours. Critical outages get an engineer on the problem within 30 minutes, around the clock. Both numbers are in your agreement as commitments, not goals.
Do you require long-term contracts?+
No. Agreements are month-to-month after a 90-day initial term. We keep clients by performing, not by locking them in. Offboarding, including full documentation handover, is written into the agreement.
Can you work with our existing IT person?+
Yes. About a third of our clients run co-managed IT. Your staff keeps day-to-day ownership. We supply the security stack, after-hours coverage, and escalation depth one person cannot.
What does onboarding look like?+
30 days, four phases: audit and documentation in week one, security stack deployment in week two, monitoring and backup verification in week three, staff introduction and handoff in week four. Onboarding is included in year one. No setup fee.
Do you support HIPAA, CMMC, or SOC 2?+
Yes. Our Compliance+ tier maps controls to HIPAA, CMMC Level 2, and SOC 2. We maintain the evidence, run the risk assessments, and sit in the room during your audit.
