Why "Titanium"?

Titanium is element 22: stronger than steel at nearly half the weight, and it does not corrode. That is the standard for the systems we build. Strong enough to take a hit, light enough not to slow you down, and still solid years later.

The company was founded by Richard Avery, a locksmith's son who spent a decade in the defense sector before deciding Central Texas businesses deserved the same security thinking as a forward operating base. That philosophy runs through everything: assume the attacker is competent, prefer the control that actually works, and test instead of trust.

Ten years in, the company has grown on purpose: the acquisition of Amp Telecom in 2024 brought business VoIP in-house and spun off AmpCortex, our AI-native communications platform; the acquisition of CCI Computer Services added a second office in San Marcos, extending the team down the I-35 corridor. Today Titanium runs managed IT from two Central Texas offices and builds the Claude-powered platforms its clients run on.
