How DFox Law Replaced a Five-Tool Stack with a Claude-Powered Firm Operating System
Titanium Computing built HoLaCe: a unified case-management platform for plaintiff personal injury firms, with Anthropic's Claude as the intelligence layer throughout — from injury-specific legal drafting to a COO agent that watches the whole docket.
The Problem
Like most plaintiff PI firms, DFox Law was running its practice across a fragmented stack: one tool for intake and CRM, another for case management, a third for document generation, plus e-signature and miscellaneous utilities. The typical five-attorney PI firm pays $4,000 to $10,000 per month for that stack — and still can't answer basic operational questions in real time.
The costs weren't just financial. Cases stalled silently between stages. Demand letters took hours of attorney and paralegal drafting time. Statute-of-limitations deadlines lived in spreadsheets and memory. And the firm's owner had no single view of docket health: which cases were aging, which carriers were stonewalling, which attorneys were overloaded.
Founding attorney Dustin Fox put it simply: he was tired of paying for multiple softwares, getting zero visibility, and watching cases that should have been won lose momentum to administrative drag.
The Solution
Titanium Computing partnered with DFox Law as a design partner to build HoLaCe, with Claude as the intelligence layer throughout. Two capabilities make it different from every incumbent in the category:
The AI Document Engine
Claude generates complete, injury-specific legal documents directly from live case data — demand letters with liability analysis, medical summaries, and damages calculations, plus medical chronologies extracted from hundreds of pages of treatment records with billing totals, ICD codes, and treatment-gap detection. Every document is drafted by Claude and reviewed by an attorney before it goes out. What took hours of drafting now takes minutes of review.
The COO Agent
A Claude-powered operations agent monitors the firm's entire docket in real time and answers natural-language questions against it: which cases haven't been touched in ten days, which demands are past thirty days with no carrier response, which attorneys are carrying the most at-risk cases this week. It functions as a virtual chief operating officer — surfacing problems before they become missed deadlines.
Around that intelligence layer, HoLaCe consolidates the rest of the firm's workflow: intake CRM with e-signature, stage-based pipeline management with firm-configurable aging thresholds, per-attorney AI-ranked priority dockets, carrier negotiation tracking, and court e-filing integration.
The Architecture
Titanium Computing approaches AI as infrastructure engineering: the model is a powerful but probabilistic component, and the harness around it is what makes the system production-grade.
HoLaCe's document engine runs Claude inside a structured pipeline — case facts are assembled from the firm's live records, generation is constrained against source data so documents cite what the file actually contains, and outputs pass validation before reaching attorney review. The COO agent queries live docket state rather than relying on model memory, so its answers reflect the firm as it exists right now. The platform is multi-tenant with per-firm data isolation; client case data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is never used to train third-party models.
The Results
"The ability to see my entire firm's numbers at a glance is incredible. I no longer have to guess how people are performing, or call endless meetings. I now have a system that works, with real insight into the bottom line."
Early adopters beyond DFox Law are reporting the same pattern. The Law Office of Joseph L. Woods credits HoLaCe with increasing the volume of cases the firm can handle at one time by accelerating workflow and demand preparation.
Why Claude
Legal document generation is an unforgiving use case: fabricated facts aren't a quality issue, they're a professional liability. Titanium selected Claude for its instruction-following reliability, long-context handling of voluminous medical records, and consistent behavior inside structured, validated pipelines — the properties that let an AI system operate in a domain where every output carries an attorney's signature.
